The iFly aviation academy is a virtual academy for the next generation of aviators. iFly is conducting a pan-African aviation community outreach  initiative  by championing STEM education, spearheading transformation, advocating for diversity and driving  collaboration between government, big corporate and the wider industry  to enable the next generation of aviators. The iFLY vision, together with our partners, is aimed at giving back to our communities and making a difference in society by equipping our youth and exposing the opportunities which exist in aviation and adjacent sub-sectors
